Shipping
We currently ship only within Delhi NCR. All orders placed on our website are dispatched within 48 working hours and typically take 2-3 business days to reach you (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

We offer free shipping on orders above INR 500. For orders below this amount, there’s a small shipping fee of INR 50 to help cover our costs.

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation message along with updates for tracking via WhatsApp and email. Please note, once an order is placed, we do not accept cancellations or modifications. So, make sure to double-check your details before placing an order.

Returns & Refunds

As a beverage product, we do not accept returns or exchange or replacement requests once your order is processed and further delivered to you. We do not offer any reverse pick-ups either.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect or with few items missing, email us at hola@drinkdonchico.com with pictures of the product within 48 hours of receiving it, and we’ll assist you right away with a refund or replacement.

For approved refunds, the amount will be credited directly to your original payment method and may take 7 working days to reflect in your account. If you have paid by cash on delivery (COD), we may request your bank details or Paytm/PhonePe/Other UPI Apps number for quicker processing.

Please note, we are unable to process returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Delays due to incomplete or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
  • The recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery
  • The recipient refuses to accept the delivery
  • The product is tampered with or damaged after delivery
  • For subjective reasons such as not liking the taste, flavour of the product etc.
