When all was lost in the world of bubbly soft drinks, from the ashes rose a phoenix, a mythical legend- call him what you will; what we are sure of though, is that he was someone who understood that the world deserves something better to satiate their ‘fizzy’ and ‘bubbly’ beverage cravings; particularly when we are talking about ready to drink, non-alcoholic beverages. While little is known about the legend that Don Chico’s is, what we could ultimately salvage was a page from one of his crew member’s diary.
